Before we start working together, here are a few friendly guidelines to make sure we’re both on the same page. By commissioning me, you agree to these terms!

> Patience & Updates

I’ll keep you in the loop with WIPs ! Since we’ll have an agreed-upon deadline, there’s no need to worry or rush me—I’ve got you covered. If you’d love extra peeks at the process, just tell me upfront!(But please, no “is it done yet?” messages—it breaks my creative flow!)

>Frequent edits

Help me help you! The more details/references you share early on, the smoother things go. Free adjustments are only possible during the sketch phase. After that, bigger changes (except for quick color tweaks or things I missed) will need a small extra fee—so double-check the sketch! ^^I give you some sketches to choose the best one and I use the rejected sketches in my future projects for other works. (Rejected sketch ideas might pop up in future artworks—hope that’s cool!)

>Private Commissions

Want it just for you? Private commissions (not shared in my gallery) cost a bit extra since they can’t be used as examples for future clients. Let me know if this is important to you!

>Payments & Slots

Only grab a slot if you’re ready to pay soon. If someone repeatedly reserves spots without paying (and ghosts me), I’ll sadly have to block them and give other artists a heads-up.(Life happens though—just communicate with me!)

I’m flattered you like other artists work, but please don’t ask me to mimic their style—it’s like asking a chef to copy another’s recipe! Trust me to create something unique for you in my artistic style.(After the artwork is finished, you’re welcome to tweak colors/add filters, but major edits need my OK!)

Deadline<

Order fulfillment from 3 weeks to 4 months. Payment for urgency is not accepted.
I'm offering you art compensation if I missed the deadline.
